Business Development Manager

​In September 2015, Joe joined MPI’s Engineering recruitment team based in Milton Keynes. With a background in customer service and Quality & Standards, he adapted quickly to the fast-paced world of recruitment.

​

He identified quickly that the Sales & Business Development side of things was of much more interest, so in 2018 made the move into a more sales focused role supporting the Engineering team.

​

2 years later, in May 2020, Joe joined the Rail team in Hertford as Business Development Manager . Since then, he has played a key part supporting clients within the Rail Signalling sector. His positive attitude along with his close working relationship with our recruitment team, plays a key role in helping customers meet their needs and deliver projects.

Driving forwards the importance of safety, he is always keen to visit our signalling teams on site and undertake joint safety tours & discussions.
