Business Development

​Matt joined MPI in 2010 after a career in Sales. He spent 10+ years working on the Rail side of the Business which specialises in Signalling (IRSE) staff and more recently is now the Aviation/Automotive and Engineering department.

Within this time he has covered Recruitment, to Account management and now Business Development which involves regularly visiting site to chat to both our Contractors & Clients, offering different solutions to the ever changing needs of the Industry.
