We are looking for a Commercial Manager with Signalling experience for an initial period of 6 months based in York.

Work description:

• Manage day to day commercial tasks and customer liaison
• Lead the commercial management of contracts and suppliers within the procurement and supply chain
• Change and general contract communications.
• Collaborating with other departments to achieve consistent goals
• Provide commercial advice and guidance to internal teams.
• Report on contract performance and provide insights for improvement.

Essential skills / experience:

• The worker needs to have detailed knowledge of UK claims processes, particularly ICC and NR12.
• The worker needs to have demonstrable experience (min. 5-years) in managing contracts.
• Experience on previous resignalling projects.

The role is outside of IR35
