MPI have a requirement for a Logistics Operative to work on site in Sealand, Deeside, Flintshire. This is a 6 month temporary assignment.

Rate of pay:- (these rates are deemed in scope of IR35)

£12.78 per hour PAYE
£19.17 per hour overtime Mon-Fri PAYE
£25.56 per hour overtime Sat-Sun & BH PAYE

 Main responsibilities of the role include: 
 
Use Logistics Information Systems (Log IS) where necessary to select stock for issue or receipt and prepare relevant paperwork. 
Carry out site specific activity and operations relating to the safe receipt, storage, maintenance, and issue of materiel. 
Load and / or unload any materiel in a safe and timely way in accordance with extant operating procedures.  
Validating all paperwork, including labelling, and locating assets for storage. 
Drive / operate vehicles or mechanical handling equipment in line with relevant health and safety rules including use and care of equipment.  
The role will be required to adopt a multi-skilled approach in supporting wider depot operations and activities in accordance with local and departmental policy and procedures. 

Person specification 
Experience of working in a Logistics environment or equivalent. 
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams). 
Experience in the use of Logistics Information Systems (Log IS) would be desirable.
